You will often find Agents discounting their fees, but often there is a discounted service to match the fee. The flip side is that if your property manager does not value their service, or settles for a discounted fee, then how well will they represent you in negotiations with tenants or at the Tenancy Tribunal?
The bottom line is that you always get what you pay for.
