Written Rental Assessment

The referring salesperson confirms that the Client understands that there will be a fee of $90.00 + GST for providing the written rental assessment. This fee is payable to Harcourts Accommodation Centre Limited within 7 days of completing the Rental Assessment. The fee is refundable if the Client signs a property management agreement within 30 days of the date of the Rental Assessment to have the property managed by Harcourts Accommodation Centre Limited.

Property Management Services

The referring salesperson confirms that they have recommended residential property management with the Client, and that the Client understands that they are being referred to Harcourts Accommodation Centre Limited. With prior written agreement between the Business Owners of each office, a Referral Fee will be paid via the referring office to the referring salesperson when a Property Management Agreement is signed and completed by the Client.

This form has been prepared to record the referral of Clients to Harcourts Accommodation Centre Ltd MREINZ. All referrals will be acknowledged and accepted by Harcourts Accommodation in writing. Referrals must be completed in writing, or be submitted electronically via this form, for referral fee eligibility.
