The Department of Building and Housing -
The Department of Building and Housing provides information about your Bond, and information about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant from an independent advisory service. Their Mediation Service also helps resolve disputes between landlords and tenants.

Tenants Protection Association
In addition to promoting Tenant issues and interests in a variety of forums, Helen and her team provide excellent advice and advocacy services for tenants who need assistance in dealing with their landlord, or the Department of Building and Housing. If you have a tenancy problem which you feel that you cannot discuss with us directly, and you do not want to involve a government agency, then the Tenants Protection Association may be able to help.
